Stylish Wallpaper!

Before we go on I need to stress one thing: Black wallpaper is remarkably stylish if you choose the right pattern/design, this was a beautiful imported pattern.. However there are a few downsides technically - as well as upsides obviously. Truth is, seeing it´s a solid black, it´s likely to be very possible to see any other colored specs - in most cases only common dust. If you live in a city, be prepared to at least dust off the paper from time to time. The upside is if you´ve got contrast furniture, in this case white or so - it looks spectacular! Ages ago, an interior design shop in Bcn (DOM) had a very similar exhibition and I imagined my place decorated like that :-)
This was a 3x4m job, which I had to strip off the current fibre glass paper, scrape and smooth wall, plaster a few sections (which was obviously the reason why the builders chose to paper in the 1st place) and re-paper the wall. A great choice only doing one wall due to the color, as if more walls had been chosen - it would´ve made the appartment look very small. A record time of less than 3 hours to do everything in proper satisfactory condition.
"inner thought - I want my own wall like this..!"

Toolbox Talk :-/

We all should know by now that, without the proper tools and knowledge, there´s no way of properly doing anything. Fair enough, it might get done to a certain liveable extent - but did this have a save time/money effect  along the way?! Focusing on having a wider network of clients, "time means money" - so that´s a perfect excuse for properly doing a timesaving job and to get yourself that €600 drill :-) ["Quick response to those saying they did whatever at whatever time; Try it with a Makita:-) ]
During the last 2 months I have had 4 jobs to rectify other´s... this does not come as a surprise to me, but it´s a record for 2 months. It´s simple, if you don´t know gow to do a certain job, don´t even go there.. surely we all know that you absolutely have to execute a task if you have agreed to it - saving and doing it according to the specified task.
Stock taking a while ago.. This keeps me up to date on what I have and what´s needed. A must for anybody that has a time/energy/money saving personality and focusing on what he/she does best. Keeping up with the times & technology means that you´re clearly saving the clients´ time/money and this is always welcomed!
