I do like my demolition jobs, it´s going back in time, stripping back
layers and finding clues to how we used to live and what our needs used to be.
Demolition is not just taking out the fattest hammer and start doing what a hammer does :-/ If another kitchen is meant to be built in it´s place, carefull precision is needed, a few moments are needed just to analyze and with a carefull eye, bit by bit it is meant to dissapear - finding new surprises are met with experience and dealt with accordingly.
Times are changing, our needs are somewhat different and we need to adapt. This was a beauty of a Chalet, well above the normal levels of pollution and with a constant breeze of fresh air...
